Our commitment to you

We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to make it simple. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

What can be returned

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unopened, unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
  • The return is requested within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
Items that cannot be returned: custom or made-to-order pieces, items damaged due to incorrect installation, or products returned without original packaging.


If something arrives wrong

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@armere.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

In these cases, Armére will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge to you.

 


Returning an unwanted item

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you'd like to return an item simply because you've changed your mind, we're happy to help — the item must meet the eligibility conditions above, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Armére is not responsible for items lost in transit.


The return process

  • Email support@armere.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions
  • Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
  • Send us your tracking number once dispatched

 


How and when you'll be refunded

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
