2. About Armere

Armere is an online lighting store based in Singapore, selling to customers in Singapore and internationally through armere.com.


3. Products and Availability

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen differences. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.


4. Pricing and Payment

Prices can be changed depending on region. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Armere is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.


5. Orders

A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.


6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Singapore and selected international destinations. Delivery timelines are estimates only. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country.


7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, email us at support@armere.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Items are not eligible for return if damaged due to misuse, modified, or marked as final sale.


8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, and product descriptions — is the property of Armere and may not be reproduced without written permission.


10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). By using our site, you consent to this use.


11. Limitation of Liability

Armere is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
